Singapore is humid/summer all year round. This time of the year, it’s prolly 10x worse. (Okay, I am exaggerating.) Temperature ranging from 30 to 34 degree Celsius so It gets really tricky in the morning when I stand right in front of my closet. I see my tweed jacket hangin right there, colourful blazers in various material (from linen to lined) to long sleeve sweaters… So cute, So cool, So funky but there’s no way I can wear it.

When I first saw peplum on the runways I was immediately struck by it's stark contrast from the sleek silhouettes we have been akin to throughout the fall and early spring. Peplum is for the girl who doesn't take fashion (or herself) completely seriously and I find that appealing. It's also surprisingly versatile! Although it doesn't seem so, this trend works with all body types.
Watermelon is probably my favorite fruit. It's the perfect summer snack and brings me right back to childhood. I found this recipe for watermelon popsicles and I couldn't wait until watermelon was in season to test them out! It was pretty simple and I can assure you they are the perfect treat to cool off with. I think these will be in our freezer all summer long!
