The BET Awards took place yet again at the Shrine Auditorium last night, giving us their patent-pending brand of ratchetry mixed with civility and a pinch of holiness that only BET can deliver so well. Honestly...the production value on this program reeks of "eau de f-ck it" every year, and this year's was no exception (popping/fizzing microphones, terrible sound quality on performances, excessive crowd shots, general confusion).
I have a story behind this cake. It was unplanned. I went to grocery shop and the first thing I saw was banana rack. Cost only SEK 5 which is around USD 0.7 for 1 kilo. I knooooow!! I went crazy when I saw the price. Though the bananas aren't in a "good" condition anymore, but it was perfect for banana cake.
