Last night, Paul Ryan traded the campaign trail for a trick-or-treat route, celebrating Halloween with his three children, wife, sister-in-law, niece and invited members of the press in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin. It was a routine affair with just one exception - his daughter's costume. Ten-year-old Liza dressed as Katy Perry, who recently performed at an Obama campaign event.

USC campus was on lockdown for several hours after gun shots were fired on campus.
2 men got into an argument at a Halloween party and shots were fired leaving several people injured, 1 citically wounded and 3 others with non life threatening injuries.
2 people have been arrested and the people involved in the incident are not USC students.
Signs of Life: OWN Posts Nine Straight Months of Growth
OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network says it has posted double-digit ratings gains for the month of October, the ninth consecutive month of growth, across all key demos in both primetime and total day versus year ago numbers.
The week of October 22 saw OWN’s 41st consecutive week of total day growth in the network’s core demo of women 25-54 versus one year ago.
