Another "Over 25" has fallen on The X Factor -- and this time, it's L.A. Reid. When Fox's other reality singing competition returns for Season 3, the major-label exec and noted record producer -- who threw a hissy fit when he was assigned the oldest group of contestants during the show's current installment -- won't be on the panel.
