The cable network’s president Michael Lombardo announced the concert special on Thursday July 10th. Lombardo said, “This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO. It’s going to be a night to remember.”
Jay Z and Beyonce will tape the concert in Paris on the dates September 12th and 13th at the Stade de France in Paris. These are the only international dates for the tour and is significant to the couple because they say they conceived Blue Ivy in the City of Lights. Also, some of Beyonce’s latest surprise album was recorded there as well.

The superstar couple flashed the troubled singer’s mugshot across the screen during their “On The Run” tour debut in Miami on Wednesday night.
According to audience members, Beyonce, 32, said “Even the greatest can fall” as the 20-year-old’s face lit up the arena while her rapper husband, 44, performed his 2001 hit “Izzo (H.O.V.A.).”
Bieber was infamously arrested on suspicion of DUI after a drag racing joyride in Miami on January 23. In surveillance tape from the police station, Selena Gomez’s on-again boyfriend was spotted urinating on the floor of his cell.

The La Times says that “according to two sources with knowledge of the plans,” Madonna and Beyonce are set to surprise us on the Grammys next week!
Beyonce isn’t new to keeping big secrets from us. Who knew that she was going to be dropping an entire album at the end of 2013? We’re hearing that she’ll be singing songs from it on the Grammys.
So what will Madonna be doing? The article says that she will be lending her “guest vocals” to performance from one of the nominees.
