There's a reason why Jay-Z and Beyonce have more money and power than any other music artists over the last 15 years or so.
Their business smarts are as sharp as knives.
The other day, news came out that Jay-Z signed a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music. The agreement gives Hov control over the copyrights of his albums since 2008 and, at the end of 2013, music going back to 2004.
Life shole is good for little BIC.

Lil' Kim recently shot a video for Tiffany Foxx's "Jay-Z," a track that's on Foxx's mixtape Yellow Tape. Not sure what the name is all about but peep out the photos.

Beyonce is easily the biggest star of our time. We hang on her every word (that she writes in her many open letters), repost her every Instagram photo and constantly refresh her Tumblr page, hoping to catch a glimpse of an intimate moment between she and hip-hop heavyweight hubby, Jay-Z and their beautiful offspring, Blue Ivy.

Most of us remember that on July 4th, Frank Ocean revealed a letter that he wrote, coming out to his fans. Some say it was a marketing ploy to help his album sales. Other applauded him. Here we have another letter from Mr. Ocean. But this letter is in kudos to Jay-Z and Pharrell.
Jay-Z appears on the cover of the upcoming New York Times Style Magazine.
Blue Ivy can't even eat solid foods yet she's already enjoying yacht life with her parents, Jay-Z and Beyonce.
Well the way he's been going in for "his" Nets (even going to serve his new brand Armand de Brignac), you would of thought he was co-owner.
But the NY Times revealed he only owns 1/15th stake of the Brooklyn Nets (interview -->http://thelaunchmagazine.com/?p=2404) .
Reporter David Halbfinger didn't set out to purposely expose Jay's worth in the company, but instead simply wanted to show the amazing dedication Hov had to an investment which plainly isn't that large.
