Despite having such a turbulent year in the wake of her husband’s legal problems, Phaedra Parks had a nice quiet Christmas at home with her boys.
It sounds like Apollo Nida had a very lonely Christmas in Kentucky this year.
Phaedra told TMZ that she had briefly considered bringing her sons Ayden and Dylan out to visit Apollo at his prison for the holiday. However, a source told RadarOnline.com reports that the “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” changed her mind as Christmas approached because it “logistically just didn’t work out.” She opted instead to stay “at Phaedra’s Atlanta home” this year.
Apollo was sentenced to eight years in lockup this summer after he was convicted on charges of bank fraud and identity theft. He’s made it clear that he wants to see his boys at some point while he serves his time.

Apollo Nida?s marriage is crumbling around him, but he?s vowed that he?ll get something in his split from Phaedra Parks.
The ?Real Housewives of Atlanta? couple have been taking steps towards divorce since before he was sentenced to eight years in prison for bank fraud and identity theft this year. He?s not sure where his marriage stands today, but it?s pretty obvious that their love is over! In his first interview from lockup, though, it sounds like he may still be hoping that Phaedra will decide to stick by him. If not, he?s prepared to move on, but not without a little seed money for a new life.
“If she leaves, it would hurt like hell; but, as Apollo Nida has done before, I’ll just have to pick myself back up and move forward and figure it out,? he told In Touch weekly before making a rather cryptic…

Apollo is basically screwed. Any money he makes in prison must be applied to the $1.9 million in restitution… and, he can’t move a muscle without notifying his probation officer.
IF Phaedra divorces Apollo, that screw is wound tighter. Doubt that Phaedra would like to live in a home which could be invaded by the Feds at any time.
MOST interesting condition upon Apollo’s release:
“The defendant shall not enter into any agreement to act as an informer or a special agent of a law enforcement agency without the permission of the court.”
The big question is: Who is going to write that required report which Apollo must submit to his PO every month?

Phaedra Parks is supposedly holding up just fine after her husband Apollo Nida was slapped with an eight-year prison sentence.
The ?Real Housewives of Atlanta? attorney was not exactly standing by her man when he appeared in court yesterday. In fact, she didn?t show up for the hearing at all, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
HollywoodLife.com reports that Phaedra is worried about what life will be like for her two sons now that they will be growing up without their dad during some of their most formative years. However her ?RHOA? bff Kandi Burruss said Phaedra is distracting herself by focusing on her businesses right now.
“She’s basically working. That’s how I deal with things too; when I have a lot going on, I just put more into work,” Kandi told HollywoodLife.com. “I know that…

Boy they say when it rains it pours….well according to Sandra Rose it’s storming not just at Apollo and Phaedra‘s house but at some of the other cast members of Real Housewives Of Atlanta‘s houses too! As we previously reported, Apollo has been hit with some very serious bank fraud and identity theft charges and now court sources are reportedly saying,
“The feds requested additional indictments be sealed as the case is ongoing and other Nida co-conspirators are under investigation, including “several”Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members.”
We’re truly hoping the source got this info confused or just flat out wrong! And we sort of think there is a good chance they did..simply because as much as they shade Phaedra for all her little hustles and businesses, we can’t imagine the ladies wanting to get financially involved with any business Apollo might have been setting up.

Now this would explain why Phaedra couldn’t tell us what Apollo did for a living.
